CB1 Pharmacy is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. However, where you are receiving a service from us we are required to share that information with other organisations as part of your treatment and care. This is to ensure that your health records are accurate and up to date.
We may also use your information to inform, improve and maintain the services that we are delivering. This information may be included in reports that used by employed members of CB1 Pharmacy to show how we are improving and maintaining services, however any identifiable information which can identify you will be removed and anonymised to preserve your privacy and confidentiality.

As part of this arrangement, some data processing activities may take place outside of the UK, by sub-processors, specifically in India.
Any personal data processed in this way is handled strictly in accordance with UK data protection laws and is covered by the relevant international data transfer arrangements and agreements by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), which ensure your information remains protected to the same high standards as if it were processed within the UK.
